Aasaaree Hukuru Miskiy
Kelaa Old Friday mosque was built during the reign of Sultan Mohamed of Dhevvadhu (1692-1701) and continues its use as a mosque till today. The mosque compound includes two wells and cemetery with tombstones. The minaret is in ruins but the site has coral stone tombstones of exceptional quality. The mosque is a beautiful small coral stone mosque but over the period of time extensions has compromised its originality. The main part of the original mosque is still inside. It is typically built on a raised coral stone plinth, with coral stone walls, timber sliding doors and tired roof. The prayer hall has fenda on three sides and rising entrance stair with dhaala. The interior has lacquered calligraphy panels, lacquered beams, coffered ceilings with a decorated laage'.
މި މިސްކިތް ބިނާކުރެވުނީ ދެއްވަދޫ އައްސުލްތާސް މުޙައްމަދުގެ (1692-1701) ދުވަސްވަރުއެވެ. މިއަދުވެސް ނަމާދު ކުރުމަށް މި މިސްކިތް ބޭނުން ކުރަމުންދެއެވެ. މިސްކިތުގެ ގޯތިތެރޭގައި ދެ ފެންވަޅު އެބަހުއްޓެވެ. އަދި މަހާނަގަލާއިއެކު ގަބުރުސްތާނެއް އެބައޮތެވެ. މަހާނަގައުތައް ވަރަށް ރަނގަޅަށް ދެމެހެއްޓިފައިވާއިރު މިސްކިތުގެ މުންނާރުވަނީ ވަރަށްބޮޑަށް ހަލާކުވެފައެވެ. މިއީ ހިރިގަލުގެ ރީތި ކުޑަ މިސްކިތެކެވެ. އެހެންނަމަވެސް އެކިފަހަރުމަތިން ބޮޑެތި ބަދަލުތަކެއް ގެނެވިފައިވާތީ މިސްކިތުގެ އަސްލު ވަނީ ގެއްލިފައެވެ. އިހުގެ މިސްކިތުގެ ބޮޑުބައެއް އަދިވެސް އެތެރެއިން ފެންނާންހުރެއެވެ. މިސްކިތް ބިނާކޮށްފައިވަނީ އުސްކޮށްފައިވާ ހިރިގަލު ތަޅުމެއްގެ މަތީގައި ހިރިގަލު ފާރާއި ލަކުޑި ދަމާދޮރާއި އަދި ބައިބަޔަށްހުރި ފުރާޅަކުންނެވެ. ތިންފަރާތަށް އޮންނަ ފެންޑާއަކާއި ވަންނަދޮރުމަތީގައި ހަރުފަތްބަރިއަކާއި އަދި ދާލައެއް ހުރެއެވެ. އެތެރޭގައި ވަރަށް ފުރިހަމައަށް ލަކުޑީގައި ލާފެންކޮށްފައިވާ ލިޔުންތަކާއި ބެރިތަކާއި ފައިދޮއްތައް ފެންނަގޮތައް ގޮޅިގޮޅިއަށްހުރި ފަންގިފިލާއަކާއި ލާގެއެއް ހިމެނެއެވެ.
